We are delighted to be on the lookout for a brilliant and fast growing company based in Uxbridge, they are looking forward to bringing on board a new Technical Support Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team!
They are looking for someone who has previous helpdesk and technical support experience, as well as someone who has good customer service experience!

Technical Support Advisor Duties:
- Dealing with incoming calls from customers
- Making outbound calls when needed
- Create service reports
- Working closely with the scheduling team and service desk team
- Offering advice to the customers when needed
