CCP are delighted to partner with a fast-growing, legal services business who are expanding due to exceptional business performance and huge growth objectives. CCP are partnering with our client as they look to recruit several Telesales Executives for their new office based in city centre of Manchester.
 
These roles form part of a new sales operation that our client is currently setting up, to bolt on to the existing inbound operation that the business has successfully run for a number of years. We’re looking to recruit 4-5 new Sales Advisors (outbound) for our client to deliver a pro-active outbound strategy for the business.
 
Our client is open to candidates from all career backgrounds, so long as they meet the criteria of being a clear and articulate communicator, and are a self-motivated, hard worker. Candidates who have previously worked within a telephone-based sales or customer service environment would be ideal, but this experience is not essential.
  
The realistic OTE for this role is £25,000 commission, in addition to the basic salary.
  
The role will operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and is office-based at our client’s new Manchester city centre offices.
  
This role has a salary range of £25,000 to £30,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission (OTE £50,000 to £55,000). Our client is also offering a £1,000 basic salary increase each month when you achieve your OTE, so top performers will see regular monthly salary increases, with the cap set at a basic salary of £40,000.
 
Interview Process 
 
All candidates will have to attend a 30-minute in-person interview at our client’s office in Manchester on Friday 27th September. Multiple time slots will be available for you to select. All candidates will be provided feedback in the afternoon on Friday 27th September, and all successful candidates will commence employment on Thursday 3rd October.
 
This start date is non-negotiable so please do not apply if you cannot start the role on Thursday 3rd October.
