This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, is currently recruiting for a Tenancy Progression Team Leader to join the team!

Working within the vibrant lettings head office in Richmond, you’ll be sat alongside property managers, client services, client accounts and renewals teams. You will be working in a supportive and collaborative environment which will provide a great opportunity for you to reach your full potential, which in turn benefits the lettings journey for landlords and tenants.

Tenancy progression is a well-structured team made up of a head of department, three team leaders, and ten coordinators. This role acts as the main point of contact for the regional tenancy progression team, while supporting the head of department and collaborating with the other senior leaders. You’ll be responsible for overseeing team meetings, performance management, coaching, and training. You will also ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies, manage escalations, support recruitment, and help maintain the departments visibility through presentations and updates.

Personal specification:

• Experience within a senior tenancy progression / lettings administration role
• Strong coaching skills
• Authoritative - able to influence team members effectively and maintain positive team culture
• Ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
• Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be a team player
• IT literate.

The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of £40,000 to £45,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas and New Year, pension, private health insurance after probation, life assurance, discount portal, and more.

You will have the opportunity to work one day per week from home after probation.
