Role: Integration Trials & Test Script Engineer

Type: Contract (Outside IR35)

Location: Corsham

Clearance: SC

Day Rate: up to £575

One of Searchability NS&D's clients has a need for an Integration Trials & Test Script Engineer. You will be working for a global science and engineering company that specialises in providing innovative technology solutions to defence, security, and aerospace clients. You will be responsible for writing Test Scripts for acceptance testing of an IT system.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparing test documentation including test plans, test scripts, evidence collection, defect reports and progress updates.
  • Performing functional, non-functional and regression testing.

Technical Stack:

  • MCSE/MCSA Server 2012R2, VMWARE VCP
  • Experience of Confluence and Jira. Working within Agile methodologies.
  • Microsoft Server 2012R2/16 based technologies such as AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Exchange, SfB, SQL, etc.

Your Experience:

  • Knowledge of or experience of military IS systems.
  • Virtualisation capabilities such as VDI and multi-tenancy.
  • Military Information Services such as NATO FAS, UK Base Services and MOD Business management applications.
  • A good understanding of PKI integration and utilisation and preferably experience with Defence PKI.
