Gi Group is looking for warehouse operatives to join our client based in Burton-on-Trent. We have multiple full time shifts available, 5 days out of 7 per week.

Shifts Available:
Sunday-Thursday
Monday - Friday

Pay Rate for Warehouse Operative:
AM and PM rate- £12.21 p/h for first 12 Weeks. £12.65 p/h after 12 Weeks.
Nights rate - £12.65 p/h for first 12 Weeks. £13.15 p/h after 12 Weeks.

Overtime 1,5x on all hours over 40

Key responsibilities as Warehouse Operative:
* Picking - Efficiently assemble orders without error meeting warehouse operative KPI targets
* Stock Replenishment
* Stock Checking
* Maintaining cleanliness throughout the warehouse
* Ensure that all site-specific rules and operating practice are always adhered to
* Adhere to all aspects of the Company Health & Safety regulations currently in force
* Report anything which could be a hazard and report all accidents to your line manager

Personal Conduct for suitable Warehouse Operative:
* Maintain good attendance and time keeping
* Maintain a good standard of housekeeping
* Report anything which could be a hazard and report all accidents to your line manager
* Demonstrate flexibility and co-operation when covering other duties outside of your usual job role
