***DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR***Due to growth our clients have created a new role for a business savvy CRM Database Administrator to manage all aspects of their CRM database. This role could suit someone who's worked as a Sales Administrator where you have been working closely with the sales team to provide them with administrative support and a clean database for them to work from.Note this is an office-based, permanent part-time role for either 3 full days 8.30am-5pm (Tues, Thurs, Fri) or Mon - Fri 9am-3pm Salary £28K pro rata Key responsibilities for the Database Administrator include Maintaining & cleansing the databaseDeveloping and processing existing recordsImporting/exporting data to and from the CRM systemAdding leads to the database and creating activities for the telemarketing teamAnalysing & Monitoring call dataCreating telemarketing campaigns for the telemarketing teamManaging incoming data requests from the telemarketing teamEnsuring data integrityTroubleshooting and CRM database issuesMonitoring telephony activity, reporting and feedback The ideal Database Administrator will need, Previous experience of using or managing CRM systemsExcellent PC skills essential along with strong attention to detailBe commercially minded with an analytical approachConfident verbal/written communications skills are a mustAn understanding or experience of the commercial property industry would be advantageous but not essential This Database Administrator role would suit a confident, analytically-minded all-round Administrator or Sales Administrator who has experience of updating CRM databases. You will need to enjoy working as part of a team and have a flexible attitude and approach.
