Duties and Responsibilities Attracting potential hires through various channels including social media, employee referrals, and online job boards.Create and execute an all-encompassing recruitment strategyCraft and revise job descriptions and specificationsAdvertise all vacancies on suitable online job boards, social media and company pages.Review resumes and applications and contact suitable candidatesConduct first stage interviewsEvaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and attitudesFacilitate the onboarding process for new hires including managing visa applications.Implement HR recruiting best practices

This exciting role will support in the delivery of the end-to-end life cycle of talent recruitment and on-boarding for our Operations Centres and Head Office functions.
