Responsibilities:

  • Perform a high number of outbound calls to successfully and empathetically collect monies owed
  • Provide customers with efficient and effective solutions that satisfy both parties by arranging repayment plans
  • Handle inbound calls and deal with queries relating to customer accounts
  • Record all customer communications on the CRM

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in an outbound telephone-based customer service role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of collections and credit control would be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Confident, positive, with a 'can-do’ attitude
  • Strong telephone manner with the ability to effectively handle objections and liaise at all levels
