Employment Law Solicitor – City of London

A specialist Employment practice in the City of London is looking to welcome a talented Employment Law Solicitor (2 – 4 years PQE) to its growing team. This is a great opportunity for a driven legal professional to develop their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment, advising a broad range of clients across both contentious and non-contentious matters.

The Role

You’ll manage a varied caseload, providing advice to both employers and employees on matters such as:

  • Disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Discrimination claims
  • Redundancy and restructuring
  • TUPE transfers
  • Employment contracts and workplace policies
  • Employment tribunal representation and dispute resolution

You’ll also play a key role in supporting the firm’s business development initiatives and may provide mentorship to junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ PQE in employment law
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and tribunal procedures
  • Proven ability to work independently on complex cases
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Confidence in negotiating, drafting and advocacy
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to growing the practice
  • Solid IT skills and attention to detail
