Estates Administrative Officer
Our client is looking for an Estate Administrative Officer to provide key support to the Estates Team to enable the delivery of services to the Volunteer Estate. The ideal candidate would be proactive with good interpersonal skills and competent in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective administrative support, including general administrative duties, producing reports and managing the group mailbox
- Meeting management, including ensuring availability of attendees, booking meeting rooms and preparing meeting materials
- Communication / stakeholder engagement
- Provide cover for reception on a rota basis
- Occasional travel across Greater London and other areas in the UK may be required
