ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client, a prominent IT support services company based in Derby, is seeking to expand their growing team with a First Line IT Support specialist. They are industry leaders in IT support, cloud computing, security, and data backup solutions. Their dedicated IT support team will assist in ensuring prompt and efficient resolutions of any IT issues through effective communication and expertise.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong interest in IT and technology, and a basic understanding of IT principles, including Networks, Microsoft 365, Data and Security, Cloud Computing, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
THE FIRST LINE IT SUPPORT ROLE:
This opportunity is perfect for a junior-level candidate with foundational IT knowledge and some industry experience, eager to apply their skills in a broad capacity by assisting clients with their daily tasks.
