Job Description: Personal Lines Broker
Location: Hitchin
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Type: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

About The Client
My client is a thriving insurance company specialising in Mobility Insurance, catering to solicitors managing the finances of their clients. As a result of their continued growth, they are looking to expand the team with a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Lines Broker.
Role Overview
This is a new role created due to business expansion. As a Personal Lines Broker, you will be responsible for selling and managing insurance policies for home, motor, and travel, particularly in a niche market involving large compensations handled by solicitors. While experience in Mobility Insurance is uncommon, familiarity with personal lines insurance is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of insurance policies, including renewals and new business.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Occasionally visit solicitors with the Client Director and Team Lead (around 5 times a year).
- Utilize the Acturis insurance platform for daily tasks.
- Maintain organization and manage workload efficiently in a busy team environment.
