We are looking to recruit a well organised, forward-thinking Property Manager, to add to our growing Property Management department. This role within the team, presents an opportunity to join our vibrant and dynamic business.

With our people and customers at the heart of everything we've done for the past 22 years, we want to hire someone to slot into our fast-paced environment. Ideally, it would be beneficial if the candidate has previous experience in a property, or facilities related role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the delivery of the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both customers and contractors.
  • Create and distribute regular customer communications.
  • Hold regular owners’ meetings, both individually and in groups.
  • Plan, attend, and manage evening AGMs for portfolio sites.
  • Instruct and monitor both reactive and proactive repairs.
  • Manage and coordinate the customer insurance claims process.
  • Conduct regular property visits.
  • Previous experience in a property role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Office 365.
  • Ability to meet targets.
  • Performs well under pressure.
