?? About You:

We're looking for a confident and experienced leader who can:

  • Demonstrate experience working with vulnerable children, including at a senior level within a residential care home

  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (or equivalent)

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding child-centred care

  • Champion trauma-informed practices and ensure the emotional wellbeing of every young person

�? In This Role, You Will:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a children's residential home

  • Ensure high standards of safeguarding and care

  • Support service expansion and continuous improvement

  • Contribute to the delivery of a bold and ambitious care model
